Terms of Service

1. The service

EVODL Manager is a Discord application that helps users receive information about their EVODL submissions. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued as the service evolves.

2. Eligibility and Discord

You must be permitted to use Discord and comply with Discord’s own terms and policies. You are responsible for your Discord account and all activity performed through it.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the bot, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it, bypass access controls, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law, Discord rules, or EVODL rules.

4. Submission information

EVODL Manager reports information associated with EVODL submissions. Notifications are provided for convenience and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. The official EVODL record remains authoritative.

5. Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent data retention, or error-free notifications.

6. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, EVODL, Discord, or third parties, including in response to abuse or violations of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVODL Manager and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by missed, delayed, or inaccurate notifications.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
