This policy explains how EVODL Manager handles information when you install or use the Discord application.

1. Information we process

We may process your Discord user ID, basic Discord account information made available during authorization, bot commands and interactions, and identifiers or status information related to EVODL submissions you choose to follow. We may also process limited technical logs needed for security and reliability.

2. How information is used

Information is used to connect you with your submissions, deliver notifications, respond to commands, maintain and secure the service, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse.

3. Legal basis

Where applicable, we process information to provide the service you request, based on your consent, and for legitimate interests such as operating, protecting, and improving EVODL Manager.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Discord as the platform provider, by infrastructure providers that help operate the bot, or when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

5. Retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Operational logs may be retained for a limited period.

6. Your choices

You can stop using the service or remove EVODL Manager through Discord. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account, subject to legal and security limitations.

7. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

EVODL Manager is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required to use Discord in their country.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.

Privacy questions or data requests can be directed to the EVODL team through its official community channels. Include your Discord user ID so the request can be identified.
